SongZoo creates personalized songs (music and lyrics) based on information you provide. We offer the following packages:

    • Option to include profanities if desired

  • Collaborative Package:
    • Up to 8 song contributors
    • One fully personalized song (music and lyrics)
    • Choose your own title, genre, and desired level of humour

    • Printable Song Lyrics Certificate (PDF)
    • Song delivered in streaming format

3. Ownership and Rights

Upon purchase of an Upgrade pack, you retain all music and lyric rights. By using our services, you also grant SongZoo a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publicly display your song (in full or in part) — including lyrics, audio, and cover artwork — for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on our website, social media, email marketing, or advertising campaigns.

If you prefer not to have your song featured publicly, you may request an exclusion in writing at the time of order or within 7 days after delivery.

4. Revisions

All song orders include unlimited revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Revision requests must be reasonable and related to the initial information provided. Significant changes to the core concept may be considered a new order.

5. Delivery

Upgrade packs nclude your song delivered in MP3 format via a downloadable link. Lyrics certificates will be emailed to you in PDF format. We aim to deliver all songs within the timeframe specified at the time of order, subject to our creative process and revision cycles.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway (Stripe). By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price for the selected package.

7. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your personalized song, please contact us within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving your song. We will work with you through revisions (as per your package) until you are satisfied. If, after all reasonable attempts, we cannot meet your satisfaction, we will refund you for the paid package in full.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your request at any time before delivery.

9. Prohibited Content

You agree not to request songs that contain:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or promotion of violence.
  • Defamatory, libelous, or offensive content.
  • Illegal activities or content.
  • Copyrighted material without proper authorization.

SongZoo reserves the right to refuse any request that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, in which case any payment made for such a request will be fully refunded.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SongZoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
